This FULL-HEIGHT TRUCKIT™ RAMP is shown to demonstrate the TRUCKIT™ concept and heavy vehicle transition approach.
The engineered system uses recycled rubber car tyres underneath to provide the heavy lifting, cushioning, impact absorption and load support.
The LoadBeam™ support structure is designed with a porous recycled rubber foundation that allows water movement through the system, helping reduce surface pooling while maintaining existing drainage performance.
Where required, integrated drainage channels can be incorporated to help manage water flow, protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a cleaner, safer access transition.
The 8mm aluminium tread plate shown demonstrates the ShieldGrip™ surface concept — providing a protective shielding layer, durable traction and improved wet-weather grip.
Additional components such as EndGuard™ edge protection and LoadBeam™ support technology (both pictured) are designed to improve ramp strength, load distribution and long-term performance.
Built with stainless steel fixings throughout and secured using the KerbLock™ top plate and folded retention system, TRUCKIT™ is designed to stay firmly positioned while protecting the existing environment beneath.
The soft footprint approach helps protect valuable surfaces, including existing cobbled areas and heritage-style paving that may no longer be easily replaced.
