SIZINGS
Sheet length is 2400mm, and width is 1200mm, so we try to work to those measurements if possible to minimise waste. But we have found everyone’s driveway situation is different, so we can weld sheets together from the back so they look great.

CUSTOMISATION
We can even Laser Cut them to shape!

WELDING
We weld everything from the back for maximum good looks. We can add SHS (Square Hollow Section at 25mm x 25mm square) for added strengthening and height.

DRILLING
We can pre-drill the sheets to suit your mounting needs.
We normally use 7.5mm holes so the Concrete Screws can easily go through or 10.5mm holes for Dynabolts (Sleeve Anchors).

FOLDING
We can fold the sheets to suit, to make areas of the ramp to fix to the concrete and lip, so the ramp will not move. The garage door entrance above is a typical 50mm fold, then the ramp itself of about 600mm-800mm, then another 50mm fold for fixing at the bottom.

EXTRAS
You can even etch prime them, paint them or powder coat them any colour! Me personally, I recommend powder coating them any colour for you, just let me know – it’s an extra $100 – and takes an extra week.

FIXING
Your FLAT FIXED Ramps can be fixed in place by way of Dynabolts or Concrete Screws (we supply these for you as 316 Stainless Steel M10x50 Sleeve Anchors or similar). The ramps come with pre-drilled holes and all these fittings. I even have nylon hole covers to make them look sexy if the holes are countersunk. All fixings normally protrude out on top the surface for maximum strength.

INSTALLATION
I can install it for you – Canterbury only at the moment – from $50-$100+GST extra (depending on the job).
